These Terms apply to the purchase and use of product(s) supplied by Haldon Precision Systems Ltd (“HALDON”).
They apply in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (“CRA 2015”).
Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights.

By purchasing, receiving, or using HALDON product(s), you agree to these Terms.

1. Statutory Consumer Rights (Non-Excludable)

Under the CRA 2015, consumers are entitled to goods that are:

• of satisfactory quality,

• fit for purpose, and

• as described.

Where product(s) fail to meet these standards, you may be entitled to:

• a 30-day short-term right to reject,

• repair or replacement, and

• a price reduction or final right to reject if the issue persists.

These rights cannot be excluded or restricted, and all provisions of these Terms are subject to them.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Your use, installation, or continued possession of the product(s) constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

3. HALDON’s Contractual Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, HALDON offers a 365-day return option for product(s) that:

• are unused or lightly used,

• undamaged, and

• remain in a resalable condition.

Refunds or credits will be issued following inspection.
Incorrect product selection does not entitle the purchaser to a refund unless required by consumer law.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered via recognised carriers (e.g., FedEx, Royal Mail/Parcelforce).
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by carriers are outside HALDON’s control.

5. Contractual Limited Warranty

In addition to your statutory rights, HALDON provides a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
HALDON will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective product(s).

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• misuse or improper installation,

• unauthorised modification,

• normal wear and tear, or

• operation outside stated specifications.

6. Assumption of Risk (Lawful Scope Only)

To the extent permitted by UK law, you acknowledge that improper use of HALDON product(s) may involve risk.
You agree to follow all operating instructions and safety guidelines.

HALDON does not exclude liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by HALDON’s negligence,

• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or

• any failure to supply goods that comply with statutory consumer rights.

7. Modification or Alteration

Unauthorised modification, alteration, or repair of the product(s) may result in malfunction, damage, or injury.
HALDON is not liable for issues arising from altered or modified product(s), except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability (Where Permitted)

Subject to clause 6 and your statutory rights:

• HALDON’s liability for breach of contract is limited to the price paid for the product(s), unless such limitation would be unlawful.

• HALDON is not liable for:

  • indirect or unforeseeable losses,

  • losses caused by misuse, alteration, or incorrect installation, or

  • business-related losses where the goods were purchased for non-consumer purposes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.

9. Safety Guidance

Improper use or disregard of product instructions may result in injury, damage, disability, or death.
Always follow all warnings, installation methods, and safe-use recommendations.

10. Inspection on Receipt

Inspect product(s) immediately upon receipt.
If damage is identified:

• do not use the product(s), and

• contact HALDON for assistance, especially if damage occurred during transit.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, read together with your statutory rights, constitute the entire agreement between you and HALDON regarding the product(s).
If any clause is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Use of HALDON products is not authorised in jurisdictions that do not permit the application of these Terms.

13. Updates to These Terms

HALDON may revise these Terms from time to time.
Revised Terms apply to future purchases unless otherwise required by law.
