This model includes a dedicated inlet for the Remington 700 and all known clones.
The X2 chassis accepts all current Remington Model 700 models, running short action chamberings within the AICS (SA) mags.
This model specifically accepts AICS (short action) magazines.
The barrel channel has sufficient clearance for all barrel weights (including heavy parrallel contours).
